Install motor at 393 RF6, check ampere motor result ampere motor 2.7 A and 2.9 A from normal 0.9 A. Install original motor and install VSD in order reduce speed motor also pulling cable at ER4 test run motor base on production request for speed motor also measure ampere motor result ampere motor normal ( JAJAT & AGUS & RIZAL & ADI & ANDRI & MUHAIMIN & DADANG & EVE TEGAR  )

Check at location found there is leakage oil from motor, also found nut at motor is not tight. Do tighten every nut motor and add silicone at part of leakage oil ( EDI & ADI & EVE TEGAR )

Check at location, tighten nut of motor and do clean up area motor. Result not found leakage oil at motor ( EDI )

Check lighting at burner floor and install new lighting lamp ( AGUS & MUHAIMIN & DADANG )

Do fabrication plat form for bottom ER4 at workshop ( ANDRI & DADANG )

Replace 1 membran for purging because bad condition also service coil of solenoid valve and solenoid valve because function bad.  Do replace nut for solenoid valve. Test function purging result normal ( RIZAL & EVE TEGAR & ANDRI )
