Service analyzer. Clean up flange, probe, filter probe from dirty of dust. Increase pressure for purging because found purging is not strong enough. After increase pressure purging reading O2 become to normal between 2% until 3.23% than before reading O2 until 5% to 6% ( ADI & RIZKY )
